All NEAR account holders designated as voting accounts.

Product Understanding

Week 1-2: Content Development

Actions:

1. Assemble a team of content creators and product experts.
2. Identify key features and operations of the voting process to be highlighted in the instructional content.

Deliverables:

1. Instructional Content: Create step-by-step guides detailing how to partake in the election process, including creating a voting account, casting a vote, viewing election results, etc. Each guide should include a combination of text and visuals (images, infographics).
2. Explainer Videos: Develop a series of 2-3 minute videos explaining how to navigate the election process. Each video should cover a specific topic (e.g., How to Create a Voting Account, How to Cast a Vote, etc.)
3. FAQ Document: Compile a comprehensive FAQ document addressing common questions about the election process. This document should be easily accessible from the NEAR election platform.
